The poroblem started with the quickbooks "backup service" turned out they never really stored the data, they subcontracted it to a company called Red Mountain.
We had a "systems failure" and needed to retrieve our information.

Intuit told us to contact "Red Mountain", "not their job"
The response from "Red Mountain" wasthat we should check who bills us for the service, Intuit, they do not really provide the service, they just say they do.

More recently we had problems with the payroll service, I called 15 times, and they hung up on me each time after a lengthy wait.

I contacted the BBB, finally got a response from a Rebecca Hines at intuit.

After numerous yawns and periods of inattention, I finally got her to send me a "self serve form" to cancel services.

I completed and sent back.

Three days later I got a confirmation of cancel, unfortunately not one peice of information was correct.

The BBB response is that they are a "Paid Meber" and they can not do anything that will jeopordize the A+ rating that the BBB has given them, it is bought and paid for.

I now see that Intuit has more complaints than either Ford or General Motors, however they pay the BBB well for their A+ rating.

Not sure who is the bigger thief, Intuit or The BBB but I definitely know enough not to trust either one of them again.

Eventually they will start stealing from each other, LOL
