These guys are a rip-off. They signed a MLS contract with us with no inspection period and no appraisal contigences. Yet, they broke the legal agreement 2 days later, said they were unsure if they wanted to proceed, cancelled the contract, and did not deposit the promised earnest money of $1500. Their title company was Magnus title in Tempe which did not collect the earnest money from them either as per legal contract. What Isaac Moore did is actually illegal.
Isaac works through Live Cash deals and Trusted Cash Offer. This is a scam. Stay away from them!
