On 6/22/07 I bought a car from JDByrider, I put $500 down and was suppose to make 2 payments of $300 dollors, one on 7/14/07 and the other on 7/28/07 I was not able to make the payment on 7/14/07 it would have been made on 7/19/07. On 7/17/07 I recieved a phone call from the dealership I was on speaker phone I asked to be taken off I was told no so I said I will be up there in a few. When I got to the dealership I asked for Mr. Thomas I was told to wait as I was waiting Mr. Thomas he went out the back to see if I had driven my car to the dealership. Mr. Thomas came back in walked me in his office where there was a woman named Amy waiting. Amy did all the talking Mr. Thomas said nothing, Amy stated your payment was due saturday and it is tuesday when are you going too take care of it and I stated I can postdate a check till thursday, she stated that was unaceptable and I need to turn in my keys. I stated I have a lot of things in my trunk could someone take me home so I can unload it? she stated no, so I replyed we can put it in another car she stated where not going to transport you get your things out the car and get home the best way you can. From the begining of our metting this woman had a nasty disposition and as I was talking to one of the sales reps Amy Riley came over and stated we have customers and you need to leave the showroom after trying to deal with her attitude she got under my skin and I snapped back at her and told her to get out of my face before I slap her. In the process she started asking me for my keys and because I refused to respond to her she sent Mr. Thomas and a sales associate outside and they removed the airpin out of my front driverside tire. I went outside gathered my things and went home. On7/18/07 I recieved a letter stating that I had too pay $11325.83 in order too get my car back, and I could not just pay the $300 dollors that I owed and the repo fee which should be nothing cause I took the car to them, and all of this had too be payed by the 9th of August because it would be auctiond off on the 10th at 10:00 am
