Jessica Thomas, Kenny Tran, Nancy Packer Uses the US House of Representatives to lure people into thinking they will get a puppy if they pay the shipping cost. Lagos Nationwide
Whoever this person(s) is, they are cruel and cold hearted. When you search the web for puppies you come across a website that advertises puppies ( http://greenbay-wi.ziply.com/animals/dogs/?PN=1&RADIUS=250&CAT=0) The title of the ad we looked at was Pug Puppies $200 or less.
When you email (Nancy Packer) for puppy information, she states that all are sold already. But she has a very very good friend (Jessica Thomas) who works for the US House of Representatives but recently got transferred to Nigeria and can't care for the puppies.
Once you email Jessica, she contacts you right away stating that the pups are free, you just pay the shipping cost to have them flow to you of $200 but she will only do this is it goes to a loving home and you promise to email pictures as the puppy grows up and so on. She then states that you must send the money by Western Union to her travel agent Mr. Kenny Tran. She then states that as soon as the money is received you will be emailed all the flight details and so on.
When the next morning comes you get an email from Jessica stating that there is a problem and that an additional $450 needs to be send immediately for updating the health certificates and new travel crates. She states she will repay the $450 the following Thursday and that you need to trust her.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING TO INNOCENT PEOPLE! I know am out $200 and have a 5 & 2 yr old little boys who are crying theirs eyes out and are completely broken hearted that their lil puppy will not be coming after all.
