JM&A group I am being denied a "GAP" claim due to this company falsely stating that they did not receive supporting documents Deerfield Beach Florida
I recently filed a "GAP" claim after my vehicle was totalled out. I sent this company all the requested documentation twice... first by fax and the exact information a second time via United States Postal Service. The copies that I sent were "clear copies" and very legible. This company sent me letters stating that the copies that they received were not legigible, which is a patent, blatant lie. This company is essentially denying my claim when they do in fact have all the information that was requested.
