Never ever been treated this way after paying $480 for a brow tattoo & a $10 tip that Judith asked for explicitly without seeing the results. Eyebrows didn't match and Judith was rude, unprofessional, & beyond greedy. Instead of explaining what happened when I asked her for flexibility in scheduling a very needed touch up , I'm copying the text exchange verbatim so you can see who you're dealing with before you go. Me: 8/27/2018 12:17 PM How's this pic? My husband took it & cropped it. I think the right one healed thinner & shorter. Is it possible to schedule my touch up on 10/26? I know u want it earlier but I have 2 weddings & shower & rehearsal in between so I can't fit it any other time. I appreciate ur flexibility. I'm running a business and I give all my clients an opportunity to return within 4 to 6 weeks to return for a complementary touch up. I then gave an additional two weeks but that wasn't good enough for you because it doesn't fit into YOUR schedule. There's a reason why I ask you to come back with in the protocol time because that's the time in which the second application of color adheres to the first and you get better overall results. I think I've gone above and beyond in assisting you when I spent over four hours with on your first visit and you gave me a $10 tip ... if someone was taking advantage it was probably you. now you trying to give a guilt trip or problem because you don't want to pay $75 plus tax to come in later when it's convenient for you? that's not how it works. I told you my policy before you signed the paper before you left. You really upset me I'm shaking at this very moment because I can't believe you would say and write such a nasty text.

I wasn't supposed to tip before seeing the results & i did but it was too little for u? Who tips the business owner anyway? U have some attitude & zero flexibility & I'm the one at fault? I know I paid more than I should cause the initial price u gave me was $400 but I didn't mind cause u did spend more time. I can't believe ur running a business this shrude & call urself a Christian. If my extra money was going to taxes then it should have gone to a business name not to ur personal account but again it didn't matter to me. How dare u tell me not to txt, what kind of customer service is this? U should b ashamed. I don't want ur stupid touch up. Go look at other people that offer touchups within a year & yes they all do but i can't get one within 10 weeks without paying again? What a greedy person u r...
