I ordered a custom bag from this "designer" in two payments (May 5th and May 10th 2014).

I was told by Kiki Hamann that it was shipped on 3 or 4 separate occasions (to my Florida address, my NYC address and also to my UK address) and finally a receipt was sent to me showing international delivery and customs number. The receipt did not have an address, postcode or tracking note. When I asked for these details I was promptly deleted and blocked from all her pages on facebook, all my emails go unanswered, phone calls unreturned.

Needless to say, the bag did not arrive and all attempts at a refund from this lady have failed.

It is now 04/01/15 and I still do not have a bag or a refund
