Is Liberty at it again? After Liberty was shut down, a new company by the name of First Capital Consumer Group started pulling a similar "scam" (to quote many victims). Just like Liberty did, First Capital is using the services of United Capturdyne Technologies, a 3rd party ACH processing company. Pacific Mercantile Bank also seems to be in the mix of things again. Are Mr d**k and his sidekick Agnus back at it? and if so, why aren't they both in jail where they belong?
