I purchased a bar from them. They require total cost up front since it was a custom made bar, They said it would take 12 weeks, then 5 months and now thier website says 7 months. It has been 8 months for me and still no bar. They no longer return my phone calls or emails.

This company is either a scam or a VERY POORLY run business. I have read other compliants about them. Just hope I see my bar or money someday but not hopeful. Stay away from these people.

By the way, in your letter you said you would get back to me with a date on my bar. That was in March and still no date and still no bar. Just a letter saying that you filed chapter 11. This is now June 1, 2019. Is this how you run your business. You ask for pateints ................................this must be a joke. The fact that your letter was written in March with promises that you will take care of this and it is now June with no answers or  communication says it all.

I paid you $12,500 in full almost 1 yr ago. I was told that in 4-5 months I would receive my order. It has almost been 1 yr and you have not even been able to tell me a date that I will receive my Mahogany bar. 2 weeks ago you sent me an email telling me that you will check with the company for a date. You have been telling me this for over 7 months but never come back with an answer.

Two weeks ago you sent me that email and a week later I get a letter saying that you are filing chapter 11. When you told me you are checking on my order you had already filed chapter 11. That is very deceptive. I have been told that others are having the same experience. How can you do this to people. Except full payment and never delivering what they purchased.

Basil, It has been 1 yr since I ordered this bar. You have had full payment for 1 yr. Is this your normal way of business? I am going to update this post as well as others. I will tell everyone if I get my bar or if you have taken money from me and I never received my bar. Everyone will know. You are very good about writing very kind letters and thanking your customers for thier pateints but they are deceptive letters and mean nothing when your letters are filled with lies and not the truth.

Basil, show me what kind of person you are. If you are sincere and your intentions are good .................lets see if I get my bar since you have taken my money 1 yr ago. If I receive it I will post that. If I do not I will be warning everyone about the way you conduct business. This truly is looking like a scam but time will tell. Nick

Hello Nick,

Our records indicate that several members from our team have been in communication with you by phone and email regarding the status of your bar order.  We realize that you need your bar for an event taking place in April, unfortunately the factory has not yet completed production of your order.  As soon as production is completed, we will send you images of the completed bar for your to approval.  After we receive your approval, we will then arrange to have your bar shipped from the factory.

Since the custom furniture we build is handcrafted, and not mass-produced, and the bar that you ordered is very large, more time is required for preparation and kiln drying of the wood, as well as the production process. Please rest assured that you will receive your order, however we cannot guarantee arrival in time for your event taking place in April.

We have already relayed the urgency of your order's completion to the factory and they are working as quickly as possible at finalizing production. We will follow up with you today with more information and will send you updates in real time as we receive them from the factory. 

For custom orders, we normally require a deposit payment to start production and the final balance is payable after you approve the images we send you of the completed order. Our records indicate that your order was placed through a third party marketplace outlet.  For orders placed through third party online marketplaces, both buyer and seller must comply with the marketplace terms of sale which requires payment in full for all orders placed through the outlet. 

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
