On May 9, 2019 I purchased a collapsible stroller for a total of $68.73 (which included shipping). On May 13, 2019 I received and email titled: A shipment from order ML#21229 is on the way. I waited as patiently as possible thinking it could be coming from overseas or that it might be lost in transit. I tried to check the tracking system but it would never connect. Again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and attributed it to my own internet/WiFi connection. 

Finally on June 22, 2019 I sent an email to politely check on the status of my order. As of today, I have not received the merchandise nor have they replied to my inquiry. I am very upset as I really needed that stroller.
