Equitable Acceptance has done to me what they have done to others. I also thought that they could help with my student loans and I also been paying them also. I talked to a representative from fasa and was told that no third party should be charging me what can be done for me. Manhattan Beach Venture LLC ( Equitable Acceptance) chaarged me also 1314.00 which my min payment amount was also 39.42. I have since stopped payment on my account and also will be contacting a lawyer to see if I can recover the money I have already paid them.
