I hired hired Kevin to install a new roof and install a deck. He seemed ligit at first. We needed payment for supplies and said he would show me receipts. I paid him $29,995 to start the job and he said they would be on top of it. Work did start but it was slow. So I realized that they where making little to no progress and Kevin was no where to be seen. He claimed his brother had been injured and he could not be at the job. Not long after the workers stopped showing up which left me with a half finished roof and no deck. Kevin had no voice mail and just stopped answering the phone. I have been recently advised this is his normal scam and many others have been scammed. I was asked to write reviews and contact the authorities. It seems this guy is not just a bad contractor but he is ripping people off on purpose. Please stay away. This guy is bad news. Kevin Mcghee if LaGrange and I have found out he is from Hogansville, ga.
