MCI-Worldcom Wireless in Hederland Texas, Improper billing and horrible customer service.
I have been fighting with this company for a year in March of 2002. When we started with this company in March of 2001, I had two phones with them one for my husband and myself.
My husbands phone was for work and we were to be reinbursed by his company. To begin with we did not receive our first bill until July of 2001. I called every month to get these bills so that we could submit them to my husbands company. I never could get a hold of anyone at Worldcom.
One time I actually held for one hour and never talked to a single person. Finally when I got the bills they were just a statement absolutely no detail to the bills so that I could even figure out if they were correct.
Which they were not. I finally got a hold of someone at the end of July by calling approximately six different numbers. I informed them I needed detailed bills and they needed to be adjusted as we were not getting the free time we had coming to us.
I still am not getting my detailed bills as well they have yet to adjust the bills properly. They are not showing any payments made on my statments. I have made four different payments and have not made anymore because the situation is not resolved as of yet and it is January of 2002.
They have now turned off both of our phones today January 8, 2002. I can not get a hold of anyone today either as I held for 30 minutes today and didn't talk to one person.
I want out of this contract and I want my bills to be right adjusted properly and my payments to show. If there is some sort of legal action I can take please advise me. we need phones but not at the expense of my sanity!!!
