MDF FINANCIAL SERVICES They told me they could save my home and for me not to worry, they will take care of it Deerfield Beach Florida
I contacted this firm from and online ad an gave them all my information, i was responded by a represenative of there company. He asked me what was going on with my mortgage and i explained to him that i am already approved by my lender for a partial payment plan for the FHA loan i am already in. I explained to him that i was 5 months behind and i just need help to save my home and also lower my mortgage so that i will not fall in this line again. He said it would be 1495 dollars and i told him i do not have all of that now. He asked me to do half so that they can get started. I asked what will you do for me. He then told me that the first thing they would do is call me lender to stop all actions to save this home then they would attack the negotations and get my rate dropped. He advised me to direct all calls from the lender and all documents to them and that i do not need to contact them. I said ok, I gave him half the money. I emailed, called and got nothing for a month. Well, on the 18th of this month i received a call from the guy how took my information and money, " Its in your best interest to take your lenders offer" I called my lender and they told me that the offer was expired and i need to get 8200 dollars into them immediately. I asked if i could get into another program and they went through the process and said since i am 6months behind, there is no program for me now. I immediately contacted MDF and explained to them what was going on and all i got was, I am sorry, we can not do anything for you, we will refund your money minus out 500 dollars. I said i want all my money cause you did nothing for my case but get me deeper in debt and pain. I never got to talk to my negotiator, or a lawyer at this firm. I now have to hire REAL LAWYERS for my home which will end up in bankrupcy court.
They took my money and ran with it without even given me a reason why they could not get anything done.
I am hurt and i am stressed out now.
