I have only been doing business with these people for six months and I always had a bad feeling about them but we really needed the credit card cash advance. They offered a program that offers you money based on your future credit card sales. They are very deseptive and I warn all of you it is a scam. Please read your contact before signing ALL of it including the font that you need to read with a mignify glass. The lured me into this and now I am screwed. They commit you to a five year contract and they tell you they do not base their lending based on your credit but they do. Just recently they literly and still are holding over $700 in credit card sales. I have spoken with Henry, Sam Saka, Juan Carlos and even the supervisor Sperling Lyons no of them have give me a staight answer. I don't think I will ever see my money again and I am in the process of retaining an attorney to help recover my money. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM they will keep your money.
A very bad company to do business with. They are here to take your money not to lend. I am not mad may the lord forgive them of their sins. Please protect yourself. We worked hard for that money we are small business and depend on every penny earned.

Merchant was turn down by other cash advance providers due to poor credit and lack of financial where withall. We worked with the merchant to provide capital for there business and then the merchant did not want to comply with the terms of our agreements. We did not solicate the merchant they came to us. It would seem that they would appreciate our extending working capital for them. But after the fact, and after helping them there was obviously no appreciation. Not quite sure why after they exausted there means elsewhere and coming to us that they would want to try to smear our name.
