Metropcs Pcs partners return policy is void if phone is factory reset Buford Georgia
started service on January 16th 2004. I use the phone for 52 minutes and the phone is still in mint condition. I am moving to a new location where MetroPCS is a dead zone. Upon finding this out I did a factory reset on my phone and took it back to the place of purchase. The manager refused to return the phone because she cannot see the call timer.the return policy states nothing about resetting phoneHc
