I have contacted MetroPCS about half a dozen times asking where my redund is. They keep giving me the runaround. The last person I spoke to told me that didn't even have a redund request on file for me. Keep saying someone will process within 7 days and email me. Still nothing.Playing wih my money is like playing with my emotions. This is why I cancelled my plan in the first place. They are a bunch of screw ups at that company. When I first got my phone I bought the protection and then did an upgrade the same day to a different level plan. The Rep DID NOT tell me that this would cancel my insurance. I just found out a few weeks later that it was cancelled, even though I was charged for it. That is bull crap. I immediately cancelled my plan and sent that phone back in before my 30 days were up. That was back in the first week of May. Sill no refund.
