Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company uses deceptive practice to lure in consumers' used cell phone by claiming good paybacks. The catch is that consumers have to pay out of their pocket the shipping of the phone, but once phone is in their hand consumers are at their mercy.

Such was my experience. They claimed they'll pay me $20 for my used cell phone, which has to be in good condition, whatever that means. I checked to ensure "good condition" which included everything functional and battery is good for 1.5 days without charge. After all, I wouldn't sent something that's bad because the shipping fee is out of my pocket.

After 3 weeks I emailed them (oh, they don't have a contact phone number) to get a status; they replied by changing it from pending to received. After another few weeks, I just got an email saying "rejected", no explanation. I followed up requesting an explanation, and they replied that my phone was damage and there's a $15 to get it back.

How can it be? Why would I send a damage phone to risk shipping? I suspect I'm not the only victim of this scam. I think this company exaggerates their payout claim just to reel people in. Once I sent them the phone, they could say whatever they want. It's their words against mine, except they have my phone!
