I saw this company featured on CNN. I thought it was reputable. I paid money for a hair analysis and have been receiving the run around ever since.
The listed number for customer service (678-203-1512) has been disconnected. I researched the company registration and all of the numbers are out of order or connect to an unrelated enterprise. My research also revealed that the company was dissolved on December 7 2016. That means when they took my order in June they were not a legally operating company. Because the website is still up and running, they are committing fraud (18 USC § 1343). I intend to tell this to the Georgia oFfice of the Attorney General when I submit my complaint.
