It is December of 2008 now. In November of 2007 I ordered a boxed set DVDs for my daughter to give as a Christmas present. Although I had seen SOME negative comments on NaXpMedia, I decided to take a chance.

When the bill came in December (very promptly), I had been double billed. I called their Customer Service number but got the recording saying to use the online services. (My credit card company removed the multiple billing. I still wound up paying for a single order.)

When Christmas had come and gone and the DVDs had still not arrived, I started emailing. They always generated an automatic response: "Your email has been recieved (sic) and you will be contacted in 24 to 48 hours." No contact was ever made although I emailed them every several weeks for several months. By then it was past time that the credit card company would intervene.

The address changed from NaXpMedia.COM to NaXpMedia.NET and still no return contact.

Florida Consumer Affairs cannot find a contact for the email address (apparently the physical addresses they listed are not valid) and so with no way to contact them, has no way to pursue the complaint.

For a while they were listed with Google as a selling site but I can't find that now.
