I used this site because it was number one on google and i figured it wouldn't be a scam since google is pretty reliable. Well I ordered the Third Watch dvd set for my husband on Nov. 23, 2007 and received an email stating the order was shipped on Nov. 28, 2007. After the 7-10 day delivery period came and I still did not receive my item, I sent them an email. My transactions with the "representative" are as follows:

(ME)-Sent: Wed, 12 Dec 2007 1:07 pm

I placed an order for the Third Watch dvd on 11/25 and the order was > shipped on 11/28. Your policy states that US orders will takes 7-10 days > however I have yet to receive my item. I would like to know what is the > delay?

I received the email however I did not ask for you to "re-ship" anything to me. Your policy was 7-10 days and there was no tracking information given to me the first time you supposedly sent it! I'm not going to wait around to see IF you are capable of delivering a product which was paid for!!!! You are not a company of its word and highly deceitful! I don't trust you one bit! I tried calling and NONE of the lines are working!! CANCEL THE ORDER which shouldn't be a problem since you probably NEVER sent it in the first place!

Why can't I get in contact with a rep over the phone? I'm not playing email games! You have my information and should be more than capable of looking it up in your system!

I received a tracking # the first time and nothing came nor was the # valid when I checked with UPS. I tried calling the contact # listed on the website but you already know how that one went

I sent them the order number and they suddenly STOPPED emailing me. Keep in mind they will SAY ANYTHING to trick you into thinking they will come through with the product for you. All they're really doing is buying time to STEAL your hard earned money. And I don't PLAY THAT!!!! And don't believe that " if your order is on it's way they can't do anything". Well YOU CAN call and report them and file a report with your credit card company.

Remember WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!!
