On Nov 2nd & 3rd, 2007, I placed 3 orders with NaxpMedia.com Order No 538 (Carol Burnett and Friends (plus) Mama's Family) Order No 551 (The Nanny). All 3 orders are DvDs. The order was processed over the weekend and shipped on the 5th, and 6th of November. I get an email stating that my items where shipped via USPS (with no tracking nos.) Shipping was FREE, that was the reason why no tracking numbers (they told me, because I wanted tracking numbers to track my items). They told me it would take about 1-3 weeks to receive my items. (thinking must be taking the long route, around the world by a slow boat).

So right after Thanksgiving, I went to their website and read that if orders were placed before Novermber 25th, that USPS had lost ALL orders prior to the 25th, and that they would reshipped your lost orders through UPS. So I sent them an email explaining that I had placed my orders the first week of November, and needed to replace my lost orders. They told me that it would take some time (maybe couple days or a week) before I would get my order. Though Jennifer Holdings promised and assured me that I would definately get my orders before Christmas.

Well, today is December 10 - last Thursday on December 6th, I requested a UPS tracking number to my order - No tracking number. So I went on the internet, and notice that other customers of NaxpMedia were having the same problems - Not receiving their orders.

I called their 1-888-NAXP number only to get a bogus menu telling me to punch in a number 2 to talk to a Customer Service Rep, who isn't there to take your calls. The only number that works is No 3, which is to leave a voice mail message with marketing ... and I did - I said "Where's my order?"

So, this morning, I sent off an email asking for a refund. No reply. So I called my Credit Union and filed a fraud/scam on NaxpMedia because it's been well over a month - they took my money, and never received the product that I purchased. So therefore I'm being credited back the 89 bucks that I lost, and I'm here to WARN others not to purchase through NAXPMEDIA.COM or do business with Naxpmediaworld.com. I think UltimateDVD and DonkeyDVD or DVDDonkey are all one DvD business.

Then why does the verification tool on the BuySafe website say that the logo on naxpmedia.com is a fake & urge me to file a fraud report? Also, why doesn't Google Checkout have a record of my order having been shipped on 12/14, as your email claims? If anyone had actually shipped something to me, then surely Google Checkout would have been updated in that last 14 days. Why haven't I been provided with a tracking number since my order supposedly shipped (14 days ago)? Why have 3 emails been ignored? Why has my request for live help been ignored? Why isn't live help ever available on your site? Why is the menu on your phone totally bogus & there is never a person available to take or return a call? Clearly you have able personnel to take money, since my account was charged just hours after I placed an order. Yet I have never received my order & can't get any acknowledgement from your "company" at all. This is disgusting. You're nothing but theives.

This evening I received my refund from Naxpmedia - the full amount for both orders. I'm not going to apologize for my reaction, and/or my complaints. Today there is so much scamming that it's really difficult to trust anyone or any company that you do business on the internet, that you don't know. In my opinion, if your phone lines had worked, and I was able to talk to someone over the phone, whether it would be Todd, Mary or Jennifer - I think I wouldn't of complained liked I did on the boards, and felt more comfortable about the situation. I want to thank you for honoring me my full refund, though I will send back the dvd you sent off because it's only right for you to have it bacik. When UPS comes by, I will refuse the order and it will come back to you. I really think you should get your phone lines fixed, I honestly feel that your customers will feel alittle more at ease if they could talk to a customer service rep. This is Hsieh Kai Hok. I received my Third Watch DVDS on wednesday, 12/12/07 at 2:16pm arizona time after almost a month of delivery time. The DVDS are in good condition. Because I want to update my previous complaints as early as I can I did not inspect all discs. However, the several random discs that I played looked good. They worth the money I spent. I have 21 discs with about 6 episodes each and looked like I have all my episodes. Because of the 5 situations cited on Yahoo questions and the fact that I did not receive my order for about a month that I filed my first complaint. I honestly don't know whether I would have receive my discs had I not file the complaint. Under the academic system I would give the quality of the video a B+ and the service and delivery time a F ( which is the reason why I thought this company was bogus). Case closed. I just want to make things clear. Facts are facts. I placed my order on Novermber 3rd, a WHOLE month has gone by no shipping, no orders no refund as of yet. I'm not the ONLY person who has complained about their company ethics. You can Google NaxpMedia.com and find that there are others' out there that have ordered way before November that never have received their orders. I know when orders go out with UPS, it doesn't take over a week to get a tracking number, you can call UPS to verify that. Anyone knows that when you ship that same day with UPS, you get a tracking number that day - you may not be able to do a trace until after 24 hrs - but you do you get a tracking number. And this person had the "balls" to send me an email (which I've kept) and complained that I made a complaint on this board - which I have every right too! Is this person stocking me - Jennifer Holdings? I don't like the fact that some customer service rep sent me an email about me complaining about her work ethics. So ladies and gentlemen, my case is clear - I'll send you copies of my purchase recepits, my emails (conversations) with the customer service reps that I had been patient too long for the products I bought. They are upset that they have been caught - that's all! Merry Christmas.

Dear Customers, We would like everyone to know some facts regarding this case. The Customer posting this comment has been re-shipped and refunded. A little information regarding tracking orders. The tracking number is sent when we place the order in the system and then once UPS is notified to pick up the product. Sometimes it does not ship the same day as the products shipping label is printed. But they do ship. We do not fraud anyone. Anyone who is unhappy or unsure may request and recieve a refund, if they have not already recieved their order. We stated we had some issues with usps and have switched to UPS, and have been willing to resend at no cost any lost or stolen orders. We do not run any scam. If you are suspicious we understand, internet scams grow more everyday. Simply ask for a refund. You will see we have no intent on keeping anyone's money without providing the product or service they have requested. We are a small company offering these series to the serious collector, we do this by offering an alternative option to the other sites that charge much more for these sets and do not provide anymore than we do. Like any company we will have some unhappy customers , this we can not prevent. We try our best and sometimes our small company gets overwhelmed and we do appologize to those who recieved delayed responces. We have all been working overtime to insure that everyone new ,and anyone who may not have recieved their orders , receives it by christmas. We have been doing this for a while and are always happy to hear our customers when they reply to us and let us know , thier sons, daughters or even themselves have enjoyed watching together they series they no longer are able to view , in its entirety elsewhere. I would like to add , we appreciate those understanding customers that have been patient with us and recieved and are enjoying their products. The reason we are still buysafe and Google checkout backed, is because we are a legitimate company and we do our best to resolve the issues that may arise.
