Naxpmedia.com SLOW SHIPPING. POSSIBLE FRAUD. Miami Florida
Ordered the China Beach series on DVD and after almost a month have yet to receive package. After sending a hostile email, I got a response with a tracking number. Tracked the package, UPS hadn't even received it yet and that was at least 2 weeks after I placed the order. I sent another hostile email and never got a response. Tracked the package and noticed it was shipped from Hawaii? Doesn't make sense. It is now supposedly in California where it has been for 2 days. And of course my email are not being returned.
It is my opinion that this is complete FRAUD and I wish I had checked up on the company more before I ordered the DVDs. Of which Amazon is saying the studio hasn't even released the show on to DVD yet.
I AM ANGRY. They suck and everyone should know to never order from them.
