On June 6th, I logged onto the website to check the status of my order and there was a FedEx tracking number posted. My order was filled by the pharmacy picked up by FedEx on June 5th. I received my order on June 7th. I could not believe it!! I noticed that the script was filled by another pharmacy in Georgia, not where NDA Pharmacy is located. It was also approved by another pharmacist and not Hassan Abd E Gaafar. When I got the pills in my hand I counted them to make sure there was 90 pills and it was. All I can say is that I sent several emails to every email address I could find and I filed a report with the better business bureau in Coral Springs Florida, and I filed the report online I also was reading a ripoff report last week that listed an email address with another company affiliated with NDA and I sent them an email. They responded within 24 hours and said they would follow-up with the supervisor concerning my order. I don't know exactly what happened but I'm glad they finally came!!

I called the customer service line and finally talked to a live person after holding for 10 minutes. I was greeted by a lady who said their system was down after she asked for my order number. She proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy was backlogged and to expect shipment of my order within the next 2 weeks. She said it may ship sooner but to give them 2 weeks to catch up on filling the orders. I was told to call back within 1 week to see if there was any change. I will wait the 2 weeks even though I have already filed a complaine with the Better Business Bureau in Coral Springs, Florida and my credit card company.
