 This company is a complete front. They take your money for your mattress, give you a delivery date, print a shipping label and then never ship your mattress. Their customer service always claims to be presale when you ask why they don't use your order number for reference to the order. They have people avilable to take your money no problem but to handle an actual paying customer they pretty much screw you over. They then send you a copy and pasted test that says to call customer service that is never open, never available, and never calls you back. I still have not received even as much of a notification as to when I will be receiving my bed which leads me to believe this is a front. Do not purchase from this company and save yourself the time and energy.
