I received a statement from NTTA.Org with a picture of a fictitious tag similar to my tag number and they said I owe them 7.35 for a toll that occurred on 11/09/2017 . My vehicle with the similar tag has been parked at my residence since last May 20 2017. And there is no way it could of been on any tollway in November 2017.

The same thing happened to me. I live in Illinois, haven't been to Texas since I was a kid in the 70's. I got a notice in the mail that my plate had been photographed on a Texas tollway (The included picture is definitely NOT my plate.). They didn't mention which tollway or a date, just that the payment was late and a $10 late fee was added, plus an additional toll of $2.20. This is either a scam or someone isn't doing their job properly.

I have reviewed your report and the only thing I can think of that may have happened is, the dealership that sold you your car (Subaru Dealer) put your plates on 2 different vehicles. Everything on our end looks accurate. Please reply with a phone number si i may contact you if need be. Please check your front and rear plates tpo make sure they are Arkansas plate - 361VSL
