Well, were do I begin, about 2year I bought a car fom this place, and to be honest, I had a good expirence, so about 6 months ago, my wife and I decided we needed another vehicle, so we went back to see the same sales person that we usually deal with, well we were looking at this dodge dakota, so we drove it home the next day, it was a nice truck, but we didn't anticipate the gas milage, well they have a 48 hour change of heart policy, well I had to work, so my wife took the truck back to exchange it... this were the fun begins. So my wife shows up, the salesperson shower her two cars, that she could pick from, both cars were trashed, when she test drove them they both had obvious mechanical issues, so she made the best choice and pick a 2005 chevy malibu, so the next day , I went to sign the paperwork on the malibu I was very concerned about the alignment, the car pulled to the left really bad, so they took the car and aligned it, it still didn't seem right, so I asked if it has ever been wrecked, they assured me it has never been wrecked. So againced my better judgement. I belived them,so after about 4 months two sets of ball joints, we took the car back to our mechanic, the looked at me and said you know thing has been wrecked, so he showed me the schotty repair work, so we purchased a car fax report, the car has been in 4 serious accidents. So long story short we provided the carfax report to our lawyer, we won all our money back, and the loan was dissolved... lesson is having bad credit is a fact of life for alot of people, now that doesn't mean they have the right to rip people off and and be lied to... please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place

This other guy offered you criticism in an area which is quite apparent you need. An adult will accept that criticism, get the appropriate help and move forward with much improved communications skills. An immature person will avoid that and lash out against those who have had the guts to point out the need to improve. In your posting, the use of run-on sentences is a DEAD GIVEAWAY you need work in that area.

To Uncle Mark....grow up! This is not English class so shut up. To the guy from Orlando...I have no idea. Ask them yourself. They helped us just fine with one vehicle and helped raised our credit to be able to purchase a brand new car. That's all that matters so if you have questions that only the sales people can answer....give them a call!

This is a much needed update about Oak Motors and the orginal report that was posted while angry about alot of things going on at the time. Oak Motors is a great place to go if you have bad credit and need a car. They work with you to help you find a car you want at monthly payments that you can afford. We previously bought a Grand Am through Oak Motors and it was a great little car. Paying for that car helped us to be able to raise our credit score and purchase a brand new 2011 Ford Focus. As with any used car you may purchase, you need to do your research before making a big purchase. The previous report needed updated because it was written while I was angry and that was not fair to them. They are great for people who need a second chance with owning a car. They are very helpful and i would recommend them to anyone who needed that second chance.

Sorry for your problems but that just goes to show you that you must and need to have good credit. I have known people who have gone there and have had no issues. Maybe you and your wife should fix your credit and pay your bills. Just a thought!
