I am writting this letter to let you know about a company SIGNAL INSURANCE . unfair to employee, mistreatment, treat us like children or pigs. I had work signal about three years and this is what i went through. 4 minute bathroom breaks, whAT can you do in four minutes. email when moving from my desk even to aak a question. email about hold time . talk time . call need to be done in five minutes or less even if customer. have question rush them off the phone any way. team supv and other team maanager acting like children with more gossip them claims reps. harassement in 90 degree weather if shirt has no color it consider a tee shirt, even being sent home for this. had sick childten use all 3 sick accurese and job in jeorpody , written up.

rep that i have trained at my desk . being thier 6 month a senor rep because thier kissing *&*&. and i refuse to degraded my self for 1 dollar year raise .16-1.00 if your asstant or supr think you kiss enough *&*. turnAROUND of employee in this company is horrible . they well tell your in human resource that the no fAULT STATE , THE CAN TERMINATE FOR NOTHING . i did not give these *&*& time to fire me i quit and found me a better job. this company this laying thier employee off and wont even offer senvence pay . only to salary worker that working around all day not doing a *&*& thing .

This *&*& the they get anyway with is terrible. dont have a emergency and need to take off . if caleder blocked off you cant take,com back wont have a job. some need to report thier &*& to labor board and take away this business licence. THE SUPV ARE ON POWER TRIPS AND ENTERNAL INTERVIEW FOR ASST SUPV . ARE SO DEGRADRING IF AND MAN GOES FOR THE JOB . MOST LIKELY HE WILL GET THE JOB. EVEN IF FFRMALE EMPLOYEE HAS MORE EXPIERENCE

and for the customer it not in your best interest to get signal insurance. they will try not to give you a unit on what was stated during claim .and charge high *&* ded 35-100 knowing that phone not going to work past 30 days then is out of warranty. you will either fill another claim get a broke *&* phone or pay 300 for new unit.**I WANT TO APOLIGIZE TO CUSTOMER THAT I HAD TO DENID CLAIM FOR BECAUSE I HAD TO MISLEADED YOU .

IF ANYONE FROM SIGNAL AGREE WITH ME EMAIL. I WANT EVEYONE TO KINOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY, BEFORE THE CLOSE THIER DOORS OR EXCOWORKER THAT THINK THE WILL BE HAVING A JOB COME JANUARY 2007 YOUR WRONG. GET OUT BEFORE THE DOORS CLOSE.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PLEASE THIER GOING TO LAY UR *&* OFF BELIEVE ME . AND GIVE SOME UNEMPLOYMENT AND FIRE HIGH -PAYING EMPLOYEE AND GET TEMP LEAVE WHLE YOU CAN. DONT GET STUCK LIKE I HAD FOR 3 YEARS OF MY LIFE .
