I ordered a custom shirt for an event on 6/10/16.

The order was placed on 5/31/16 and I paid their "25% extra for guaranteed 6/6/16 delivery."

6/6/16 arrives and no shirt.

6/7/16 arrives and no shirt.

6/8/16 arrives and no shirt.

Website has no link to track order.

Online Chat locks up.

Call the 866 number and I am told the order shipped out at 2:33 AM 6/8/16 from friggin KENTUCKY! It now sits in US Postal Service Hell waiting for a 2-3 business day delivery!

I asked about the 25% extra for a guaranteed delivery and was told to file a complaint once I receive the shirt and they will "discuss" refunding my shipping charges.

Ah, enter the bait and switch! Their site ALWAYS shows a 7 day print-to delivery if you pay 25% more but then it takes the same amount of time as the free shipping.

They say people "rave" about their customer service... who? drug induced crack heads?! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!
