I paid $119.00 for a 256mb Phillips/Nike sport portable MP3 player and I was sent a 128mb player. I would never have known it was an interferior product had the item not been broken. I called Phillips to see if I could unlock the system. Phillips informed me that I was in fact given a 128mb not a 256mb player. The 128mbplayer is muc cheaper than the 256mb I paid for. I have bene indespute with the company for 3 months now. It took them 2 weeks to finally sent me my return shipping receipt and they now have had my returned product for 2 months nad I still have not received a refund. I've called them over a dozen times.

Terrible customer service and terrible products!!!!

NEVER SHOP OVERSTOCK.COM, IT'S CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!!
