Patty, from Kauri Investments beware of lying apartment manager Seattle, Washington
Looking for an apartment? Don't be cheated by this manager. When I was looking for my first apartment, the manager, Patty (I don't know her last name but now I wish I did, the assistant manager signed all the lease papers), was a big b***h.
I was attracted to the apartment especially because there was a big sign that said "First Month Free." But little did I know that it only applied if you signed for a one year lease (which is usual, unless the apartment was as dirty and broken as mine is). When my aunt called her about this issue, she called me a liar. Can you believe her?
Not only that, but I told her to get my drain fixed for about 3 weeks before she actually got someone to come fix it!
Thank God I have a new manager now (I hope Patty got fired.)
So if you ever meet an apartment manager named Patty, dark (probably dyed, short) hair, big fat butt, looks about 50, BE CAREFUL!
