Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC They have my bankcard details and just sending me bottles of pills that I do not order and refuse to refund or cancel the orders despite my many requests. The phone does not answer . Internet
I first ordered a trial shippment of pills from them, ordered olnly one bottle and received 3 and a huge account which was debited to my bankcard.
Then out of the blue another bottle was mailed to me, nothing like the first lot, and again my bankcard was debited.
Some month later another bottle arrives and again my bankcard was debited.
The customer support team (no names supplied) take no notice of any emails you send them, make outragous promises and do nothing.
They have cost me hundereds of dollars for goods I never ordered and do not wish to receive.
