'tWent to platos closet to bring items for consignment ...sales woman look at my stuff becasuse she had the time and not many customers that day.,. she choses some of the brand new shoes and told me that this are the ones that she can probaboly sell and told me that they don't call customers that i need to call and check with them if it was sold ...i agreed and she gave me a paper saying that if they dont call within 30 days that they will donate the item. this was before xmas so i called today to see if my item is sold or should i pick them up the lady that answer the phone ask me name and told her its under Sebastian, she said my items were already donated because i did not pick it up the same day. told her the lady that took care of me said that i should call once a month and she already chose what itme she wants to keep. then she told me that i was not even on that system. by this time i was furious so i told her that how they ripped people off. I hope that this will not happen to anyone that this store just want to take your items and does not keep them on file so they can sell this without you getting anything back....
