Was placing an order for Mothers day . . on Pro Flowers.com OF Which I had been a member for the last 5 yrs . . but this year I noticed that I was been Double Charged for Shipping . .so I called their Customer service line to find out Why . . .I was told that they are double Charging for shipping . .because its a Busy Season !!

Yeah A Bush season . . . also was been charged for a Vase delivery, item which comes in the same box . .not separate, plus there was also a charge of special handling . .guess the box has to be handled in a certain manner which causes the delivery person stress & strain which therefore they charge for that to.

YES THEY ARE A RIP OFF . .and I bet lots of people don't pay attention to the itemized break down . . .LQQK over Your Bill people, You are been RIPPED OFF by PROFLOWERS
