this real estate officepridential riverside california is bunch of liears and scam artist they tell u one thing and when they are rushing to close escrow all the amounts change and you have 3 days to pack and move you and your family out of the house .dont believe it ....well guess what it happened to me and my husband and my daughter and it can happen to you we were suppose to close and have enough to use to put a little down payment on a house that we were buying and we recieved less than what we were told and said dont worry i will cut my commision to get you what u need that didnt happen he recieved more than i did when befor we closed and we signed papers to say we need time after we close to rent told him we needed till nov 9th to close escrow on the property that we are purchasing to let out buyers realtor know he never related the message to her ....i felt so bad for my buyers that they couldnt move in right away .this should never had happened he just came over when i was medicated to get papers signed by me and not my husband ...come to find out all the charges in there wasnt what we agreed on after escrow closed so i had to pull the people that was buying my house eith their realtor really nice realtor dolce ibbara from reality one in corona he understood was very apolagetic to ask them if i can rent from them till i close escrow on my house they just couldnt believe what had happened to me ...please i beg you and your family do not deal with this realestate group if one of their realtors do this type of scam i wonder how many realtors in their office are getting away with situations and mr. rich cosner the ceo of the company isnt doing anything about it....so next time when you get a letter or a phone call from sam othman riverside ca from prudential hang up or listen and go with your first instinct forget about it .im sure there are trustworthy realtors out there do your research and read on complaints and dont always listen to what they say add everything up keep copies of everything..please do not put your family kids into the same situation that i have been through .he put me through 2 escrows the first one for 68 days and the second one through 2 month and since than i have been in boxes.....please do not deal with sam and eliza othman if you dont want to go through what im going through.....oh by the way you have to check to see if your escrow is going to call close once when you are in escrow you are ignored totally always has an appointment or in a meeting hope they teach them one day how to be trustworthy to their customers and if you have so many that u cant deal with dont take any more clients......this realtor complains about the market not being good its because the people are terrified to deal with realtors like them say no never and remember my story about sam othman at prudential riverside ca and always remember if it happened to me it can happen to anyone dont let it happen to you !
