Don't buy a home from Pulte Inc. They hire cheap help that does not do good work. They don't inspect work done as its done and hopes the home holds up beyond its 1 year warranty. Seven years after my purchase a gust of wind blew off two siding sheets off my home. The contractor that repaired said these sheets wer not nailed to the vertical joyces. Instead they were nailed to the tar paper that held them up. Also they improperly installed my furnace. I called for a first time furnace inspection where I was told I need to pay $243.60 to fix its fault.
One more item for life style living community living, as I worked in the computer application system design field for 30-years, beaware of the web-site they'll dump on you. They bought it on the cheap and most of its features don't work. A secondary maangement company out of Michigan called Landarc, agreed the web site was bogus. Landarc Has already failed 3 times to install a better web site. What does that tell you?
