I called PULTE asking if they could help me to find out how the wires in my home are routed since they have the blueprints. My home was originally built by Centex, a company which was bought out by PULTE a few years ago. I was told to fill out a "service request form" online. After several weeks still no answer. I sent them a reminder and this was their response:
"Unfortunatley, we are unable to provide blueprints for any Centex homes. These prints are proprietary of the corporation and can not be provided to homeowners. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you and have a great day !"
For them it is an "inconvenience" to me it means destroying the walls to find the wires. They have the blueprints and know where the wires are but they don't care at all about customers and their problems after a house is sold.
