Rain Soft harassed us rip-off waste of time Metairie Louisiana
A card was sent to us about testing our water we sent it back the man came out and wasted 3 hrs. of our time he went in our ref. asked to use a whole pack of napkins, went in our bathroom we were not sure if he was a sales rep. or casing out our house. He got very rude when we said we would think about it he tried to trick us into signing papers and when we would not he told us to sign another paper saying we did not want this product we would not sign anything. He even used comp. names of buss. who used this product but yet sold other ones.
Well bright and early this morning a sales rep. was on the phone trying to make us a better deal I told them that the rep was at our house till 10:00 and we have not talked about it. Well once again (an hour later someone else called) by this time I was mad I told her because of the harassment that we were not intrested and to put that on the list. And hung up so two hrs. have passed and we have not recieved a call. We started feeling like the movie Cable guy.
