I ordered $253.94 of merchandise from raveready.com on 10/21/16 (two items).  Their website said the order was "processing" immediately, yet over a month later I had not received my merchandise.  I e-mailed them at that point and asked if I could cancel my order since the festival I wanted it for had long since passed.  They never responded but I received my items a few days later.  I never used them and sent them back to Rave Ready via USPS with tracking and spent $25 in postage sending them back.  They were recieved back by Rave Ready on 12/12/16 per the US Postal Service.  I e-mailed Rave Ready on 12/26/16 to ask about my refund and never recieved a response.  It is now 2/14/17 and I still have not gotten a response or a refund.  I tried disputing the charges through Paypal and so far have not had any luck.  Not only did it take an extremely long amount of time for these items to be received, but yet I could not cancel the order even a couple of days after I placed it, but now it's been two months since Rave Ready received the items back and I have not been issued a refund!  I ordered the same two items from Amazon AFTER I ordered from Rave Ready and got them within a couple of days, long before Rave Ready sent me my items.  I don't even know how to contact Rave Ready!!! When you go to their website and click on "contact us" you just get some form that sends them a message and if you send it, nothing happens.  I don't even know where they are located.  This has wasted WAY too much of my time.  I just want a refund for the items I returned unused!!!
