He only offers excuses that include weather, USPS mail delivery delays, check is in the mail, COVID, short staffing and the customer being rude, irrational, irresponsible and abusive for not paying.

I finally got my money. He claimed the check was mailed on June 24, 2022 but it was not postmarked until 17 days later on July 12, 2022 which was still 3 weeks after his promised pay date.
