Be careful everyone, this man Tracy Bernardo is a conman and will do anything and everything in his power to hide his intentions. Everything he has touched and been a part of has been a scam, this man is desperate for money and does not care about who he steps over.
Just examining his web design business it’s obvious how his prices are cheap, because he isn’t designing anything, all his websites are template based meaning he buys cheap templates from other sites and installs them for his clients and charges them hundreds if not thousands of dollars. If he actually had to design websites there’s no way he would charge the amount he does.
This man is trying to make the most possible money by doing less work as he can, he talks about not wanting to empty his clients wallets yet his teacup pig scam tells us otherwise, he has marked pigs couple hundred of dollars more than his own broker so that he can make more money off the commission. Then he started doing a bait and switch selling the same pig over and over again until his victims caught onto him.
This man does not care about you, he is a manipulator, a snake oils salesman, he talks a good talk but he can never back it up with action. He’s the type of individual everyone needs to stay away from, he can seem normal while talking to him but read the nasty things he has done to his clients and you’ll see the real man.
