She solicitates herself to hispanic men in dayton,ohio for cash money for herself and her drug and alcohol problem she has daily.Sarah Lynn Foran has resided with both male hispanics and i do have the addresses for both location that she use to live at with the male hispanics.Currently Sarah Foran is trying to let people claim her children on taxes and she hasn't even worked more than 1 year and moves in and out of her mother's home to hispanics homes with children.There has been a report made on Sarah Foran to IRS several times this year and currently has a red flag on her children as well for fraud.She has failed to report information that is legal and by law and has been hiding ways and means of income for herself and her issues.
