sc enterprises tv fox antenna. sold 2x tv fox antenas dont work no reply from award winning customer service agents. london england
purchased 2 tvfox antennas on 6/10 emailed 3 emails to award winning customer services agents no reply after 8 days.
have tried both auto and manual tune.
you hace to select tvfox antenna as the source but there is no switch to select tvfox antenna as the source.
tv fox doesnt show on my tv system menu as a source?
have plugged tvfox antenna into coaxial port of tv.
moved aerial around for better reception.
no channels found or stored.
would be interested to hear from other people who have purchsed tvfox antenna in new zealand does yours work?
does it actually work in new zealand.
if im at fault with set up i will be first to delete complaint and apoligise to tv fox antenna.
