Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Ordered mattress on 9-23-16 after purchasing a mattress over 5 years ago from same company.  Salesman looked up my account and took my order.  Said it cost more to use charge card so I transferred money from ALLY bank to Select Foam.  $1050 for Queen mattress.  Didn't get a confirming email with order number of transaction information or paid receipt.  I have not been able to contact any individual in the company but have repeately cancelled my order over the phone and via e-mail.  Matt Byrd and Chris Nelson seem to be the individuals who own the company.  Left messages for each numerous times.  I have filed a complaing with the BBB and the Dept of Consumer Affairs.  THey have two locations listed:  Key Biscayne and Miami, Florida.  I am currently in touch with each of the police departments to see what recourse I have.  It seems I am not alone in this scam....according to the internet sites, there are over 81 complaints about this company.

Banks and Dealership associations seem to leave consumers hanging

You can go to our ROR regarding Ally Bank and a loan for product we purchased from Sunrise Camping Center of Hickory, NC back in April 2014.

We returned it within days highly defective, even hired lawyer and went months wasting time in mediation even, and in end; our lawyer walked out on us leaving us hang prior a trial and the Dealership got away with the crime including the funds Ally gave them. 

We went through Federal Fair Trade Commission (CFPB) and State of NC Atty. General and BBB and in end, nothing happens to help the Consumer as all those agencies do is pass the same information you already knew back and forth and Ally Bank in our case, keeps saying they want their loan funds back- instead of going back on the corrupt local delaership they gave funds too originally, and in our case, that dealership STILL has the camper since April 2014 on their lot!!!

Yet, my personal & business credit is now being attacked by Ally Bank as we are NOT paying any longer (after paying 28 months) for a product we do not have, nor want, and was returned with C&D from our lawyer to rescind contract and deal and reverse funds to Ally...

NOBODY seems to give a d**n out there about consumers getting schemed and wronged by the relationships between certain banks and dealerships... THEY only care about monies at any cost...

No wonder over 50% of America is mad and upset these days with US legal system and crooked deceptive business practices out there, as there seems to be two forms of justice for the average citizens when they need it or help. .
