Please DO NOT use this company! I was having problems with my furnace last week. I filed a claim and was told my policy was not in effect until Saturday, March 28th. I filed another claim on Saturday and was then told it was pre-existing problem and they would not help me. I called to get a refund and was told my policy was in effect on March 19th and they would not give me a full refund. If my policy was in effect on March 19th, then my furnace should have been serviced. They also never give information over the phone, always via email nor a straight answer about anything. I ALWAYS get a run-around. When I asked for a refund I told it is pro-rata. I spoke to Leo, who is a supervisor who said he will submit something to the billing department.
Today I've filed complaints with MO Attorney General and the New Jersey BBB. I hope I can get a full refund!
