This company will not cover instalation of items under warrenty. When trying to get a repair and being quoted over $1000, I was informed the company would only cover $500 for such issues. When I inquired as to why the refused to cover the whole issue they stated they just didnt do that. My claim was then denied because thye don't cover leaks with a water heater! THe repair men stated that leaks are the most common occurances when anything goes wrong with a water heater so a company that wont cover a leak on a water heater is basically not covering the water heater at all.Similar problem with AC units. They dont cover the most basic problems so the warranty is useless. When trying to deal with the comapny over the phone they were rude and deceptive. Promised me a refund and said nothing as to it being prorated until I asked (knowng I would assue it was a full refund) when I told them I wanted a full refund he said he would work with his boss to see what they could do. Next day I got an email that they cancelled my services for a prorated refund (not what was discussed or agreed too) They lied about issues beig resolved the whiole time I had the contract and always said I'll talk to my boss to get it taken care of for you, or assured me it was already resolved, only to send an e-mail stating it was unresolvable. I still have not received the partial refund money alhough they insist thats already, "taken care of" Would never recomend them to anyone. I have used Home waranty companies but this company is sleezy and scamy. Stay away!!! Spend a bit more for a real company or your just throwing away your money for nothing
