On January 15, I had a claim for service to get my toilet repaired. I had the repair done to the upstairs bathroom toilet but the living room bathroom toilet was not repaired. When asked they said that they couldn't help because it was cracked. I checked and took pictures of the toilet and there were no cracks. Because the toilet had a crack on it?? they could not service it. I have a SelectHomeWarranty, so I don't understand the issue. I paid $499 for the service and this is not right for them keep the money and not helping the customers. Please dont use them and dont waste your money You might as well not have a warranty at all.
