Complaint Review: Simplee Pay - Palo Alto California

A new event and contact from yet ANOTHER scam artist on this problem August 24, 2020.

Here is a form letter from some collection agency in Sarasota Florida making a claim they are attempting to collect a debt from some person they can't identify.

No indication as to what the debt is, who it is to be paid to, what it is for, who owes the debt, etc. Nothing.

Their vanity stinks again. It seems another offer of blackmail, extortion, a justification for medical and other forms of murder, torture, and grand larceny with the want to say we think you are guilty of something and needed to pay (more) or again etc.

This is likely in response to calls I was getting related to the Google spam scam in California that proves they don't know the law, they don't know who they are calling, and they never acted to validate the debt.

Their offer was that this is a "Personal Business Matter" and that they needed to talk to a person at this phone number without indicating who what where or why.

I told them to stop calling.

Now today I receive this with the offer some PDF file is attached and I need to view it for more information.

Here is the original SMS message from +1 585-953-3107 sent to me on May 08, 2020 at 10:13am pointing to the first website hosted on Wix using the bit.ly redirect.  The two later ones are the same day both at 05:08pm.

I continue to get text messages from this Rochester NY area Verizon phone number -- SMS messages from +1 585-953-3107

That phone was used to send me the marketing scams, 3 messages with two being unique, with bit.ly links to the two Wix websites that wanted people to enter bank information along with other personal information.

Wix has since taken down both of those sites likely as a result of my filing abuse complaints with them via the Wix website that was used to host the frauds.

Calling that 585 phone number has some person with a gibbering mumbling simpering and whining voice make excuses that he is being totally honest with me, and he did not send the messages, and this is a company so someone else must be to blame.

A vanity dodge on the bogus collection efforts at the medical services biller which has more than one person operating the phones to accept call backs from their victims.

A proxy on guilt. These are all related.

Phone calls and emails again May 06, 2020 with claims I owed money etc.

A text message from a Rochester number with some beer advertisement using a bitly link to a WIX website.

Physician Services at 502-302-5159 called. 

I called back and they would not comply, I told them to not call again.

They lied about their name and address and then hung up.

The person would not provide their full legal name or address and instead said:

100, 130, 300 North MacArthur Blvd

Suite 200

Irving, TX 75063

The zipcode is wrong and would actually be 75061.

This is a lie.

She mumbled the street address and would not correct it or provide her name.

It ended as being 130.

They are not there.

The amount to collect is wrong and a numerical fraud.

The hospital and now these people attempt to cover their lies and did extortion and a slur on drunk driving.

There is a past back in Buffalo NY with attempts to harm me with cars and this is part of that.

They have no claim or proof and this is done to protect those who attacked me.

A slur.

Some Google maps street views in that area with the red truck blocking the signs.

This is personal vanity for me.

The numbers etc.

The blood draws on the last day I was there at the ICU were a needless slur again done with the idea they wanted to check for Cirrhosis of the liver related to alcoholism. They pushed too hard on that and lied to me about what the problem was. I told them I don't drink and that is true.

They wanted to call me a liar and then prove me wrong with this and mis-represent and justify the harms anew.

This is inentional fraud.

They know too much.

That is a good question overall, but to that, I have not received any kind of statement of what was done, or any kind of bill indicating something was owed.

I asked at the hospital and this is after they told me it was all paid for. And this was the response again as I asked them to confirm it as they released me. Nothing owed. So in my mind there was nothing to ask for.

Again it just showed up right away as a "Collection Account". That is too soon. Not to be a shyster on it all, but again I can't pay what I am not billed for. And they had no time since it was within 7 days of me leaving.

This seems like identity theft, and some kind of con that is built upon frauds at the hospital and my vanity oddly enough.

These service providers and debt managers look dubious to me overall. Something is wrong.

What is the reason you are receiving any bill? Did you check your EOB on your insurance website or call them to ask what was owed by you? Because usually you will receive an EOB from your insurance to explain what was paid and what you could possibly owe. You failed to mention that in your report.

Just asking questions in order to get the whole story and possibly provide help with any resolution you may need.
