Was considering using this service after being told I need to get tested by my ex. I was unable to reach anyone by phone or chat which was really concerning for a service that is handling my sensitive medical information. I had questions about how long it would take after reading negative reviews about the time and couldn't get a live person to ease my concerns. For the amount of money I would be paying to get these tests done I would rather find someone who will think my questions and concerns were as important as my money. I will be finding another place to test. Seems sketchy or a scam!!
