STEVEN O WALKER RIPOFF DEAD BEAT DAD THAT HAS NEVER PAID TAXES PHILADELPHIA PENNSYLVANIA
I married Steven after dating four years. Soon after found out that he was cheating. I was 6 1/2 months pregnant. I left him and moved to Atlanta. I then filed for divorce (which he fought me on) and in April, 2001 I gave birth to my daughter.
I received a couple of money orders from him in the beginning,however I have not received a dime from him since my daughter was 10 months old. She is now 15 months old. He didn't send her a birthday card or Christmas present.He didn't even invite her on the Disney World vacation he took his other children on. He doesn't call for her (he has my numbers)and when I call him to ask for money he tells me he will send it but he never does.
I have tried to file for child support but they are having a difficult time locating him and proving his employment because he is a barber and has NEVER paid taxes.They told me there is nothing they can do even though I gave all of his information including his social security number. What makes it worse is that my daughter is his third child by three different women and he is now with another woman who is expecting.
